Easy Pancake Recipe

 



Here is a simple pancake recipe for you:


**Ingredients:**

- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 2 tablespoons sugar

- 2 teaspoons baking powder

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1 cup milk

- 2 tablespoons melted butter

- 1 egg

- Cooking spray or extra butter for greasing the pan


**Instructions:**

1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

2. In another bowl, mix the milk, melted butter, and egg.

3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. It's okay if there are lumps in the batter.

4. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it with cooking spray or butter.

5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancake and the edges look set, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

6. Repeat with the remaining batter.

7. Serve the pancakes warm with your favorite toppings such as maple syrup, fruit, whipped cream, or chocolate chips.
