Yorkshire Pudding Recipe

Here is a classic Yorkshire pudding recipe for you:

**Ingredients:**

- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 cup milk

- 2 large eggs

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- Beef drippings, vegetable oil, or melted butter for greasing the pan

**Instructions:**

1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).

2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, and salt until you have a smooth batter. Let the batter rest for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.

3. Place a small amount of beef drippings, vegetable oil, or melted butter into each cup of a muffin tin or a Yorkshire pudding tin. Place the tin in the preheated oven for about 5-10 minutes, until the fat is sizzling hot.

4. Carefully pour the batter into the hot tins, filling each cup about halfway full.

5. Place the tin back into the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the Yorkshire puddings are puffed up and golden brown.

6. Avoid opening the oven door during the baking process, as this can cause the puddings to deflate.

7. Serve the Yorkshire puddings hot as a side dish with roast beef and gravy.
